Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time refers solely to the time required to prepare and dispatch an order and does not include transit time.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided within 1–2 business days. Tracking availability and update frequency are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing (if applicable), and other factors beyond our control.

Carrier Delays & Liability
We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures caused by shipping carriers, including but not limited to carrier service disruptions, incorrect routing, weather events, labor issues, or peak shipping periods. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests solely with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We may, at our discretion, assist with filing a carrier claim but do not guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
